Spring mix salad bundles.

These fresh cucumber and zucchini wrapped parcels of fresh summer greens with sun kissed cranberry, finished with a cranberry –raspberry vinaigrette.

Meal Include fresh rolls and butter.

Main Course Options

From the Fire

 Prime center cut strip loin steak.

Grilled to your preference, finished with a Montreal butter glaze and peppercorn aus jus. served

with roasted garlic mashed potato and seasonal vegetable of the day.

Drunken Sailor

 boneless chicken breast glazed with our

Bourbon and honey barbeque sauce, slow grilled to perfection.

The above served with black beans & long grain rice and seasonal vegetable of the day.

Seafood Ravioli

Our tender pasta parcels filled with the oceans finest, crab, lobster, shrimp and scallop.

Poached and served with our creamy, decadent Lobster and shrimp sauce.
